Tuscania is one of the oldest and most beautiful villages in the Tuscia area. It is a splendid fountain located along via della Lupa and dates back to the Etruscan and Roman times. Completely restored in 1309, the Butinale fountain bears a beautiful epigraph of a coat of arms of the municipality of Rome, on which you will find the famous initials S.P.Q.R (Senatus Populusque Romanus).
