Festival of Sant’Antonio Abate Capodimonte: every 17th January along the banks of the western shore of Lake Bolsena, in the small town of Capodimonte, the traditional religious festival dedicated to Sant’Antonio Abate, protector of domestic and courtyard animals, takes place. To pay homage to the day dedicated to this beautiful religious figure, in addition to the traditional Holy Mass, an incredible party is held in the streets of the town with lots of food, wine and live music.
